Dow Futures fell 0.04%, S&P 500 Futures fell 0.17%, Nasdaq Futures fell 0.33% as sentiment stayed cautious after mixed corporate updates.

Gap, Inc jumped 13.56%. Q2 beat, a raised full-year profit outlook, and a new Old Navy CEO lifted shares.

Affirm Holdings, Inc. rallied 10.16%. Fiscal Q4 results beat forecasts and Q1 revenue guidance topped estimates.

IREN Ltd tumbled 7.82%. A swing to a quarterly loss and a revenue miss overshadowed a new AI lab deal and $2.8 billion financing.

Marvell Technology slumped 7.79%. Q2 topped expectations and it guided Q3 revenue to $3.15 billion, but the growth outlook underwhelmed.

Rubrik Inc. dropped 5.72%. Shares retraced after an initial surge on stronger-than-expected fiscal Q2 results.

Autodesk fell 4.69%. A Q2 beat was offset by a softer-than-expected profit outlook for Q3 and the full year.

SanDisk Corp. slipped 1.91%. The move came amid a large long put purchase at the $1,200 strike.

Intel eased 1.19%. Options activity featured a sizable long-dated call buy at the $92.50 strike.

Chip stocks fell, with Direxion Daily Semiconductors Bull 3x Shares (SOXL) falling 3.15%, ARM Holdings falling 1.23%, Astera Labs, Inc. (ALAB) falling 1.10%.

Memory chip stocks fell, with Micron Technology (MU) falling 1.67%, Western Digital falling 1.13%, Roundhill Memory ETF (DRAM) falling 1.04%.

Among other individual movers, Lumentum fell 2.09%.
