COFCO Joycome Foods Releases 2025 Annual Report, AGM Documents and ESG Report Online

Bulletin Express04-29 19:23

On 29 April 2026, COFCO Joycome Foods Limited announced that the English and Chinese versions of its 2025 Annual Report, accompanying circular, notice of Annual General Meeting and proxy form, together with the standalone 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report, are now available in digital format on the company’s Investor Relations webpage (www.cofcojoycome.com) and on the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders who previously elected to receive printed materials will find hard copies of the newly issued documents enclosed with the notification. All investors retain the right, at no cost, to alter their preferred method of receiving future corporate communications—opting for English, Chinese, bilingual hard copies or web-based access—by submitting a completed Change Request Form via email (cofco1610-ecom@vistra.com) or by post to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar.

The 2025 ESG Report is being distributed exclusively in electronic form; however, printed copies can be requested through the registrar or the designated email address. COFCO Joycome Foods highlights that electronic dissemination supports environmental conservation and reduces shareholder communication costs.

Enquiries can be directed to the shareholder hotline on +852 2980 1333, available Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (excluding Hong Kong public holidays).
