Beijing Geekplus Technology Co., Ltd. reported that Non-executive Director Mr. Chan Wo Kong stepped down from the Board on 27 July 2026, citing other work commitments.

Mr. Chan confirmed he has no disagreements with the Board and is unaware of any matters requiring shareholder or Hong Kong Stock Exchange attention in connection with his departure.

The Board expressed appreciation for Mr. Chan’s contributions during his tenure.

Following the change, the Board consists of: • Executive Directors: Mr. Zheng Yong (Chairman and CEO), Mr. Li Hongbo, Mr. Chen Xi and Mr. Liu Kai • Non-executive Directors: Mr. Xia Zhijin, Mr. Bai Jin and Mr. Li Ke • Independent Non-executive Directors: Ms. Chen Chen, Mr. Liu Dacheng, Mr. Chen Shaohua and Mr. Han Yu
