China First Capital Group Announces Further Adjournment of Winding-Up Petition; Scheme Convening Hearing Set for 19 November 2026

Bulletin Express10-23

China First Capital Group Limited (FIRST CAP GP) disclosed that the Hong Kong High Court has postponed the hearing of its latest winding-up petition to 9:30 a.m. on 1 February 2027, shifting the date from the previously scheduled 26 October 2026.

In parallel, the Court has fixed 10:00 a.m. on 19 November 2026 for the Scheme Convening Hearing, at which Scheme Creditors will decide whether to approve—with or without modifications—the company’s Proposed Scheme aimed at facilitating the broader debt-restructuring plan.

Management confirmed it will make the necessary court application for the Scheme Convening Hearing “as soon as possible” and continues to seek legal advice. The board reiterated that there is no assurance the Proposed Scheme will be sanctioned or that wider debt-restructuring talks will reach a successful outcome.

Shareholders and potential investors are urged to exercise extreme caution when dealing in FIRST CAP GP securities and to consult professional advisers if in doubt. Further updates will be released upon any material progress regarding the petition, share transfer issues, or the restructuring process.
