Due to personal reasons, Ms. Hu Yiqiao resigned from her positions as independent director of the company, convener and member of the board nomination committee, member of the board compensation and assessment committee, and member of the board strategy and sustainable development committee. After her resignation, Ms. Hu Yiqiao will not hold any position in the company.
