Gold, silver stocks and ETFs gained in overnight trading as spot gold topped $4,836. ProShares Ultra Gold and Kinross rose 3%; Coeur Mining, Hecla Mining, Gold Fields, Agnico Eagle Mines, and Anglogold Ashanti rose 2%; Barrick Mining, Gold Trust Ishares, SPDR Gold ETF, Harmony Gold, and Newmont Mining rose 1%.

Hycroft Mining rose 5%; Pan American Silver and Endeavour Silver rose 3%; First Majestic Silver rose 2%.

United Airlines beat Wall Street estimates for the fourth quarter and anticipates a strong 2026, driven by demand from high-spending domestic passengers and international travelers. The shares rose 3.4% in overnight trading.

Erasca said late Tuesday it is planning to offer $150 million of shares in an underwritten public offering. The shares dropped 7.8% in overnight trading.

Corvus Pharmaceuticals said late Tuesday it launched an underwritten public offering of $150 million of common shares and pre-funded warrants. The shares dropped 10.3% in overnight trading.
