(Stock code: 02158), a Cayman-incorporated healthcare technology group, has issued a notice to shareholders convening its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 11:00 a.m. on Friday, 28 August 2026, at the company’s Beijing headquarters (1/F, Building 22, Lincui Xili Phase 3, Chaoyang District).
Key resolutions to be tabled include:
1.
