Hong Kong-listed POP MART INTERNATIONAL GROUP LIMITED reported a marginal increase in its share capital for July 2026, according to the company’s Monthly Return filed on 3 August 2026.
The group’s authorised share capital remained unchanged at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.0001 each, equivalent to USD 0.50 million.
Issued share capital (excluding treasury stock) rose by 56,053 shares during the month, lifting the total number of shares in issue from 1.33172 billion to 1.33178 billion—an incremental increase of approximately 0.004%. The new shares were allotted under the Post-IPO Share Award Scheme, originally adopted on 24 July 2020 and amended on 17 May 2023.
POP MART reported no treasury shares on its register, and there were no movements involving share options, warrants, convertibles or other equity-linked instruments beyond the award-scheme issuance.
Management confirmed that the company continued to meet the Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement as of 31 July 2026.
