China Mobile has renewed the appointment of its accounting firm for the 2025 fiscal year. The total audit fee for the year is set at 94.76 million yuan, inclusive of value-added tax. This amount includes 77.76 million yuan for the annual financial statement audit and 17 million yuan for the internal control audit. The audit fee for the 2026 fiscal year will be determined with reference to the proposed arrangement.
