China Longyuan Power Obtains Group's First Marine Surveying Qualification Certification

Deep News10-10

Recently, China Longyuan Power Group Corporation Limited successfully obtained Class B marine surveying qualification certification from the Beijing Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Commission. This marks the first marine surveying qualification acquired by the group company, signifying that China Longyuan Power has pioneered a dual-drive model of "advanced equipment + professional qualifications" in the renewable energy industry, fully integrating the business chain of offshore wind power engineering surveying and submarine cable detection, providing solid technical support for the group's nearshore scale development and deep-sea demonstration development of offshore wind power.

As China's "Maritime Power" strategy accelerates, the country's offshore wind power is rapidly advancing toward deeper and more distant waters. However, low underwater environment visualization levels, ambiguous supervision during construction periods, and poor response efficiency during operation and maintenance periods have become major constraining factors for development, urgently requiring the enhancement of core technical capabilities in engineering surveying and submarine cable detection.

China Longyuan Power Engineering Technology Company has always regarded technological innovation as the core driving force for development. The company independently developed China's first integrated offshore wind power detection platform "Guoneng Haice No. 1," significantly improving underwater equipment detection accuracy and exploration efficiency. Leveraging this platform, the company obtained Class B marine surveying professional qualifications, filling the qualification gap in the group's marine engineering technical services field.

With this qualification, the company is licensed to independently conduct key tasks in offshore wind power projects, including high-precision topographic surveying, hydrological observation, and submarine cable detection. This creates integrated technical services covering everything from survey and acceptance to production monitoring and operation and maintenance management, substantially enhancing project execution efficiency and autonomous controllability, and significantly improving the full industry chain service capabilities for offshore wind farms.

The acquisition of Class B marine surveying qualification represents an important initiative by China Longyuan Power in response to the national "Maritime Power" strategy and energy green transformation. Through more precise and efficient marine detection technical services, it helps reduce offshore wind power development risks, optimize resource allocation, and promote industry standardization construction, injecting new momentum into the high-quality development of China's offshore wind power sector.
