The People's Bank of China Linyi Branch has imposed a penalty on Shandong Junan Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. for multiple regulatory violations. The bank received a warning and was fined 512,500 yuan.

The violations include: 1. Non-compliance with financial statistical regulations; 2. Breach of account management rules; 3. Violation of regulations governing the circulation of renminbi; 4. Failure to conduct customer due diligence as required; 5. Failure to report large-value transactions as stipulated; 6. Failure to report suspicious transactions in accordance with regulations.

The penalty was issued on March 31, 2026, under the decision document number Linyin Fa Jue Zi [2026] No. 1.
