Conch Enviro Announces Updated Board Structure and Committee Line-up

On 8 April 2026, China Conch Environment Protection Holdings Limited (Conch Enviro) released an updated list of directors and their respective roles, together with the latest composition of its three board committees.

Conch Enviro’s nine-member Board now comprises:

• Executive Directors – Zhou Xiaochuan (Chairman), Wang Chunjian (General Manager) and Liao Dan.

• Non-Executive Directors – Liu Tiantian, Lyu Wenbin and Ma Wei.

• Independent Non-Executive Directors – Ding Wenjiang, Wang Jiafen and Li Chen.

Committee assignments are as follows:

1. Audit Committee • Chair: Wang Jiafen • Members: Ding Wenjiang, Li Chen

2. Remuneration and Nomination Committee • Chair: Ding Wenjiang • Members: Zhou Xiaochuan, Wang Jiafen, Li Chen

3. Strategy, Sustainability and Risk Management Committee • Chair: Zhou Xiaochuan • Members: Wang Chunjian, Lyu Wenbin, Ding Wenjiang

The company secretary for Conch Enviro remains Liao Dan.

The disclosure confirms Conch Enviro’s governance framework and delineates oversight responsibilities across its audit, remuneration, nomination, strategy, sustainability and risk management functions.
