STERLING GP (01825) announced that Baker Tilly Hong Kong Limited has resigned as the company's auditor, effective March 31, 2026. The resignation resulted from a failure to reach an agreement on the audit fees for the consolidated financial statements for the year ending March 31, 2026. Upon the recommendation of the audit committee, RSM Hong Kong (formerly known as Sincere CPA Limited) has been appointed as the new auditor, effective March 31, 2026. RSM will fill the vacancy left by Baker Tilly and will serve until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting.
