SMIC Sets 12 November 2026 Board Meeting to Approve Q3 2026 Unaudited Results

Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation (SMIC) has announced that its board of directors will convene on 12 November 2026 to review and approve the company’s unaudited financial results for the three months ended 30 September 2026.

The meeting, disclosed under Rule 13.43 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, signals the forthcoming publication of SMIC’s third-quarter performance figures shortly after board approval.

Board composition at the time of the announcement is as follows: • Executive Director: Liu Xunfeng • Non-executive Directors: Lu Guoqing, Chen Shanzhi, Yang Lumin, Huang Dengshan • Independent Non-executive Directors: Fan Ren Da Anthony, Liu Ming, Wu Hanming, Chen Xinyuan

The notification was signed by Company Secretary Guo Guangli in Shanghai on 30 October 2026.
