Hangzhou Qiandaohu Xunlong Sci-tech Co., Ltd. (XUNLONG SCITECH) announced a forthcoming change in its company secretarial team and obtained a related waiver from Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX).
Effective 31 July 2026, Cheung Hin Kiu will resign as Joint Company Secretary and Hong Kong Process Agent. Cheung confirmed no disagreement with the board and no matters requiring shareholder attention.
On the same date, Ko Pui Yu will assume both roles. Ko brings over a decade of corporate secretarial experience, currently serves as a manager at Vistra Group, and is company secretary of Pu’er Lancang Ancient Tea Co., Ltd. She is a chartered secretary and governance professional, holding a bachelor’s degree in business administration (corporate administration) from Hong Kong Metropolitan University.
Xu Pengfei remains as the other Joint Company Secretary. Xu, aged 35, oversees information disclosure, corporate governance and equity management. His prior experience includes roles at Guotai Haitong Securities and Fengshi (Shanghai) Investment Management. Xu holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in law from Nanjing University.
HKEX has granted XUNLONG SCITECH a new waiver from strict compliance with Listing Rules 3.28 and 8.17 regarding Ko’s eligibility as Joint Company Secretary for the period from 30 June 2026 to 29 June 2029. Conditions include: 1. Xu must be assisted by Ko throughout this period. 2. The waiver may be revoked if the company commits material breaches of the Listing Rules.
Before the waiver expires, the company must demonstrate to HKEX that Xu has acquired sufficient experience to fulfil company secretary duties independently.
The board expressed gratitude to Cheung for her service and welcomed Ko to her new position.
