He noted that markets widely expect the Fed to cut interest rates by 25 basis points and anticipate a slight decline in inflation. JPMorgan Chase purchased long-term Treasury bonds this morning.
Michele views the significant dissent at the latest Fed meeting as a major shift in policy direction.
