On January 7, the administrative penalty decision disclosure form from the People's Bank of China Jiangjin Branch revealed that the Chongqing Jiangjin sub-branch of Agricultural Bank Of China Limited was penalized for supplying false statistical information or data that concealed important facts, and for occupying fiscal deposits or funds.
The branch received a formal warning and was fined 315,000 yuan.
