STANCHART Sets 29 Jul 2026 Board Committee Meeting and 7 Aug 2026 Record Date for Interim Dividend

Standard Chartered PLC (STANCHART) will convene a Committee of the Board of Directors on 29 July 2026 to approve the half-year results for the six months ended 30 June 2026 and to decide on the payment of an interim dividend for the same period.

Subject to board approval on 29 July 2026, the 2026 interim dividend will be payable to: • Shareholders recorded on the Principal Register in the United Kingdom at 10:00 p.m. (London time) on Friday, 7 August 2026. • Shareholders recorded on the Hong Kong Branch Register at 9:00 a.m. (Hong Kong time) on Friday, 7 August 2026.

Investors who have acquired shares registered on the Hong Kong Branch Register but have not yet lodged the relevant share transfers must do so with Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited (Shops 1712-1716, 17/F, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong) by 4:30 p.m. (Hong Kong time) on Thursday, 6 August 2026 to qualify for the interim dividend.

The Board is chaired by Maria da Conceicao das Neves Calha Ramos and currently comprises two executive directors, William Thomas Winters, CBE (Group Chief Executive), and Manus James MacGregor Costello (Group Chief Financial Officer), alongside nine independent non-executive directors.
