JIHONG CO trims entrusted wealth management quota to RMB1.00 billion ahead of 2025 AGM

Bulletin Express04-02

Xiamen Jihong Co., Ltd. (JIHONG CO) has issued a supplemental circular for its 2025 Annual General Meeting scheduled on 29 April 2026, revising the ceiling for entrusted wealth management using self-owned idle funds.

Key adjustments

1. Investment cap lowered • The proposed limit for deploying idle funds has been cut to RMB1.00 billion from the RMB1.50 billion stated in the original circular dated 31 March 2026. • The funds involved are entirely self-owned and exclude any proceeds from the company’s H-share global offering.

2. Shareholder voting unchanged • The revision does not affect the wording or numbering of Resolution 9 in the AGM notice; shareholders will still vote on the utilisation of idle funds for wealth management. • The board views the revised proposal as being in the best interests of both the company and its shareholders and recommends voting in favour.

3. Meeting logistics • Date & venue: 29 April 2026, 38/F, Yuzhou Plaza, No. 55 Hubin South Road, Xiamen. • Proxy submissions for H-shareholders must reach Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services by 14:30 on 28 April 2026. • The H-share register will be closed from 24–29 April 2026 for AGM eligibility and from 6–11 May 2026 for final dividend entitlement.

All other information in the original circular, including the AGM agenda and proxy form, remains intact. Poll voting results will be published on the websites of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and JIHONG CO after the meeting.
