BENQ HOLDING (ASX: 02581) has announced that Ms. Luo Cuiling will be appointed as the Chief Executive Officer and as a director of the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Nanjing BenQ Hospital Co., Ltd., effective from July 1, 2026.
Immediately prior to Ms. Luo's appointment, Mr. Xiao Zerong will step down from his roles as Chief Executive Officer and director of Nanjing BenQ Hospital, also effective July 1, 2026. Mr. Xiao will continue to serve as an executive director of the company.
