(300244) announced that Director Hong Hanhua has submitted his resignation from his positions as company director and deputy general manager due to personal reasons. Following his resignation, Hong will no longer hold any positions within the company.
In the first half of 2025, Dian Diagnostics Group Co.,Ltd. recorded revenue of 4.936 billion yuan and net profit attributable to shareholders of 10.28 million yuan.
