On the evening of November 3, Kunlun Tech Co., Ltd. (300418) announced that its 33rd meeting of the fifth board of directors reviewed and approved the "Proposal on By-Election for Independent Director." The board agreed to nominate Ms. Wu Rui as a candidate for independent director of the fifth board. Upon election, she will also serve as the chairperson of the Remuneration and Appraisal Committee and as a member of the Audit Committee under the fifth board of directors.
