WOER Declares RMB 1.65 Final Dividend per 10 Shares for FY 2025, Payment Set for 31 July 2026

Shenzhen Woer Heat-Shrinkable Material Co., Ltd. (WOER) released its cash dividend announcement on 31 March 2026, detailing a final ordinary dividend for the financial year ended 31 December 2025.

The board has proposed a cash distribution of RMB 1.65 per 10 shares—equivalent to RMB 0.165 per share—pending shareholder approval at a date to be announced. The dividend will be paid on 31 July 2026, with the Hong Kong dollar conversion rate and the exact HKD amount to be confirmed closer to the payment date.

Key timetable items for Hong Kong shareholders, including the ex-dividend date, book-close period, and record date, remain to be announced. Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited will act as share registrar.

Withholding tax arrangements are as follows: • PRC resident enterprises: 10% • PRC non-resident enterprises: 10% • Overseas resident individual shareholders: 10% • Investors via Northbound Trading link: 10% • Investors via Southbound Trading link: 20%

The board currently comprises five executive directors (Zhou Heping, Yi Huarong, Liu Zhanli, Xia Chunliang, Deng Yan), one non-executive director (Dr. Li Wenyou), and three independent non-executive directors (Zeng Fanyue, Dai Bingjie, Wang Dong).
