CHINA ALUMCAN pushes back circular dispatch on 2026 Master Supply Agreement to 24 July 2026

China Aluminum Cans Holdings Limited (abbreviated as CHINA ALUMCAN) announced a second delay in sending its shareholder circular relating to the 2026 Master Supply Agreement and the associated revised annual caps for continuing connected transactions.

The company had initially targeted 30 June 2026 for distribution, a date previously revised from 9 June 2026. Additional time is required to prepare and finalise information in the document. CHINA ALUMCAN now expects to dispatch the circular on or before 24 July 2026.

The forthcoming circular will include details of: 1. The 2026 Master Supply Agreement and the proposed revised annual caps. 2. An independent financial adviser’s letter. 3. A recommendation letter from the independent board committee. 4. The notice convening an extraordinary general meeting.

Board composition remains unchanged, comprising Executive Directors Lin Wan Tsang (Chairman) and Dong Jiangxiong, alongside Independent Non-executive Directors Dr Lin Tat Pang, Luo Mei Kai and Yip Wai Man Raymond.

The announcement was released in Hong Kong on 17 July 2026.
