**Operations Intern** **What does this role involve?** The intern will assist with the daily operations of the "Wave Studio" WeChat official account. Responsibilities include content creation, brand building, enhancing user experience, cross-promotion for follower growth, and routine content reposting. The role also involves participating in various projects and initiatives, contributing ideas and expertise.

**Desired Qualifications:** 1. Understands the fundamental principles of operating content platforms like WeChat official accounts, Zhihu, and Weibo, and knows key methods for growing followers on these platforms. 2. Possesses strong news sense and the ability to accurately judge information quality, including discerning the quality of articles. 3. Has a good aesthetic sense for finding complementary images that add value to text; exhibits meticulous attention to detail regarding text, layout, and images. 4. **Video Planning Intern** **What does this role involve?** 1. **Video Thumbnail Design:** Create engaging thumbnails based on video content, ensuring they fit the theme and comply with the style and specifications of platforms like Bilibili, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Video Channels, and Weibo to boost video appeal. 2. **Content Material Organization & Re-creation:** Organize and categorize existing video materials for secondary creation, designing Xiaohongshu graphic content including image pairing, layout, and copy optimization. 3. **Account Operation:** Manage daily operations for accounts across various platforms, including content publishing, data monitoring, and adjusting strategies based on platform algorithms to increase exposure and fan interaction. Must be familiar with optimal posting times, algorithm rules, and content review standards to ensure compliance and maximize reach. 4. **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with the directing team, communicating design needs, providing feedback, and supporting the content production workflow. 5. **Other Support Tasks:** Assist the team in analyzing internet video trends, participate in content reviews, and help improve overall operational efficiency.
