ZJLD Group Publishes 2026 Interim Report; Shareholders Invited to Request Printed Copies

ZJLD Group Inc announced on 23 September 2026 that its 2026 Interim Report, in both English and Chinese, is now available on the company’s website (www.zjld.com) and on the HKExnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders who hold ZJLD shares through the Central Clearing and Settlement System (CCASS) may obtain a printed version of the Interim Report and all future corporate communications by submitting a completed request form. The form should be returned—by mail or in person—to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Local mail can utilise the enclosed freepost label; overseas requests require appropriate postage. Alternatively, a scanned, signed form may be emailed to 6979-ecom@vistra.com.

Printed English and Chinese versions of current and future corporate communications will be supplied by Tricor upon request and remain downloadable from the company’s and HKExnews websites. Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at (852) 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., excluding Hong Kong public holidays.
