According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on January 28, a shareholder of UNI HEALTH (02211) transferred shares from Futu Securities International (Hong Kong) to Baoxin Securities. The transferred shares had a market value of HK$30.35 million, representing a 5.48% stake.

The annual results for UNI HEALTH for the year ended June 30, 2025, showed revenue of approximately 711.5 million yuan, a decrease of 34.7% year-on-year. Gross profit was about 113.4 million yuan, down 37% compared to the previous year. The loss attributable to the company's owners was 26.006 million yuan, a shift from profit to loss year-on-year, with a loss per share of 32.46 cents.

The announcement stated that the decline in revenue was primarily due to the impact of new medical insurance policies in China and a decrease in the number of active customers within the national distribution network.
