ENN Energy (02688) has released an announcement regarding its operational performance for the first three quarters of 2026.

During the period, the group's natural gas retail sales volume reached 19.23 billion cubic meters, representing a year-on-year increase of 0.2%. Within this, gas sales to commercial and industrial users rose 0.4% year-on-year to 15.273 billion cubic meters, while residential gas sales volume grew 1.4% year-on-year to 3.856 billion cubic meters.

During the period, the group maintained steady progress in engineering and installation work for newly developed commercial, industrial, and residential customers. The daily contracted capacity for newly developed commercial and industrial users reached 9.2962 million cubic meters, and approximately 735,500 newly developed residential households completed engineering and installation.

During the period, the group's integrated energy business sales volume declined 7.2% year-on-year to 26.909 billion kilowatt-hours, primarily due to external economic structural adjustments. The group seized opportunities presented by power sector reform, promoted the integration of "load, source, grid, storage, and carbon," and accelerated the development of its electricity business, with electricity sales volume reaching 1.640 billion kilowatt-hours, up 31.7% year-on-year. Looking ahead, the group will continue to optimize its integrated energy business structure and refine and enhance its profit model.

Under the "dual carbon" strategy, the low-carbon energy transition is accelerating, and natural gas's position as a clean transitional energy source continues to strengthen. In 2026, the group is seizing opportunities in green upgrading and deep cultivation of existing markets, adhering to a "volume-driven profit" approach, and focusing on the differentiated needs of major customers, industrial energy-saving retrofits, and small and medium-sized commercial and industrial users. By optimizing resources, controlling costs, and intelligently matching supply and demand, the group aims to expand its customer base and solidify the foundation of its natural gas business.

During the period, the group enriched its product offerings and scenarios around its smart home business, continuing to expand customer coverage. As of September 30, 2026, the penetration rate of the group's existing customer base was 12.7%, while the penetration rate for newly developed customers was 70.0%.

"Boosting consumption" remains a priority for expanding domestic demand in 2026. The group continues to deepen customer insights, relying on the "e City e Home" platform to iterate its household demand model, driving precise supply from internal and external ecosystems through the platform, and better meeting household quality-of-life needs through intelligent solutions, thereby advancing the upgrading of its smart home business.
