AAC Tech executes HKD 11.36 million share buy-back, raising treasury stock to 41.49 million shares

AAC Technologies Holdings Inc. (AAC Tech) disclosed a further share repurchase on 13 July 2026, acquiring 300,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for HKD 11.36 million.

The on-market transaction was executed within a price range of HKD 37.52 to HKD 38.12 per share, translating into a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 37.86 per share. The purchase reduced the company’s outstanding share count by 0.0259 % to 1.15701 billion and lifted treasury shares to 41.49 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 1.19850 billion.

The buy-back forms part of the mandate approved on 21 May 2026, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 116.18 million shares (10 % of issued shares at mandate date). Including the latest transaction, AAC Tech has repurchased 4.76 million shares year-to-date, equivalent to 0.41 % of the issued share base at the time of mandate approval.

All 300,000 shares repurchased on 13 July are being held as treasury shares; none have been cancelled. In accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, AAC Tech is subject to a 30-day moratorium on new share issues or sales of treasury shares until 12 August 2026.
