From April 1 to June 30, 2026, the Langfang Economic and Technological Development Zone is conducting an automotive promotion campaign titled "Benefits Gather in Langfang Development Zone, E-shop Together." The initiative encourages automobile manufacturers and sellers to increase discounts to boost consumer confidence and support the upgrade of automotive consumption.
This campaign provides subsidy vouchers to individual consumers who purchase passenger vehicles with seven seats or fewer, including non-commercial pickup trucks, from participating auto dealers within the Langfang Development Zone. Eligible car buyers must register with their real names on the JD.com app during the promotion period and scan the corresponding QR code via WeChat to enter the activity portal and complete registration.
According to the Langfang Development Zone's Development, Reform, and Science and Technology Innovation Bureau, applicants are required to submit the following information: mobile number, full name, graphic verification code, SMS verification code from a real-name registered phone, ID card number, photos of both sides of the ID card, vehicle type (fuel-powered or new energy), purchase amount (invoice value), name of the dealership, vehicle identification number, photos of the original auto insurance policy, original vehicle sales invoice, and scanned copy or photo of the vehicle registration certificate. After document verification, vouchers will be distributed in batches on a first-come, first-served basis. The subsidies will be issued in the form of JD.com E-cards.
The campaign offers tiered incentives based on the vehicle's total price including tax: purchases between ¥50,000 and ¥100,000 receive a ¥1,000 JD E-card; vehicles priced from ¥100,000 to ¥200,000 qualify for a ¥2,000 E-card; and cars costing ¥200,000 or more are eligible for a ¥3,000 E-card. Each tier is limited to 500 vouchers, available until supplies last.
