Anton Oilfield Services Group disclosed in its Next Day Disclosure Return that it repurchased 5.07 million ordinary shares on 30 June 2026 via on-market transactions at prices ranging from HKD 0.82 to HKD 0.86. The total consideration was HKD 4.23 million.
The latest transaction lifts the cumulative number of shares bought back under the repurchase mandate approved on 27 May 2026 to 38.05 million, representing 1.27 % of the company’s issued share capital at the date of the mandate. The mandate authorises buybacks of up to 300.17 million shares. A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share disposals runs until 30 July 2026.
Issued share capital remained unchanged during the reporting period, closing at 3.00 billion shares on 30 June 2026. However, 74.68 million repurchased shares—equivalent to 2.52 % of the current share base—await formal cancellation. These shares were acquired between December 2025 and June 2026 at volume-weighted average prices ranging from HKD 0.81 to HKD 1.04 per share.
