HUZHOU GAS (06661) announced that on October 13, 2025, its wholly-owned subsidiary Xinao Development (as the contracting party) entered into a construction contract with Zhejiang Ruimei and Hongyao Construction (as joint contractors). Zhejiang Ruimei and Hongyao Construction will provide natural gas pipeline installation and related engineering services for Section 1 of the natural gas engineering project to Xinao Development, with a contract value of 8.744 million yuan.

The construction project involves Zhejiang Ruimei and Hongyao Construction (as joint contractors) undertaking Section 1 of the natural gas engineering project, which includes natural gas pipeline installation and related engineering services. The project is located in Baliudian Town, Zhili Town, High-tech Zone, Donglin Town, Daxi Town and other areas in Huzhou City.

According to the announcement, providing construction and installation services for natural gas usage represents one of the group's principal businesses. The implementation of Section 1 of the natural gas engineering project will help improve natural gas usage and service levels in these regions, strengthen the group's competitiveness in natural gas sales-related fields, and aligns with the group's development strategy.
