Livzon Pharma Releases 2026 Interim Report; Outlines Access and Request Procedures

Livzon Pharmaceutical Group Inc. (Livzon Pharma) has announced the publication of its 2026 Interim Report in both English and Chinese.

The full document can now be viewed on the company’s website (www.livzon.com.cn) and on the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Shareholders are encouraged to access these digital versions.

For non-registered shareholders who experience difficulties with the online files or email notifications, printed copies are available free of charge. To obtain a hard copy of the current or any future corporate communications, recipients should complete the enclosed request form and return it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Requests may also be submitted via email to 1513-ecom@vistra.com.

Non-registered holders wishing to receive electronic communications in future must provide a functional email address to their intermediary—whether bank, broker, custodian, nominee, or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until a valid address is supplied, notices of publication will be sent only in printed form.
