According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on May 26, a shareholder of Estun Automation Co., Ltd. transferred shares from CMB International Securities to Merrill Lynch Far East. The transferred shares were valued at approximately HK$84.58 million, representing a 5.27% stake. Previously, Estun Automation released its first-quarter report for 2026. The group reported operating revenue of 1.217 billion yuan, a decrease of 2.22% year-over-year. Net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 97.84 million yuan, an increase of 674.64% year-over-year. Basic earnings per share were 0.1128 yuan.
