CPIC Vice President Confirms Full Compliance with New Asset-Liability Regulations

During the 2026 interim results briefing held on August 28, CPIC Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Su Gang addressed the company's approach to the newly introduced asset-liability regulations.

Su Gang noted that when the draft for comments was released, the company had already conducted forward-looking work, including policy interpretation and internal special training sessions. Currently, the company is upgrading its technical data and reporting systems to handle the metric assessments and regulatory reporting requirements that will follow the implementation of the new rules.

He further stated that China Pacific Insurance (Group) Co., Ltd. will accelerate the optimization of its internal organizational structure, refine institutional processes, strengthen performance indicator guidance, and enhance system development in line with the new asset-liability management measures, ensuring complete, timely, and effective compliance with all regulatory requirements.
