Haier Smart Home repurchases 0.99 million A-shares, cutting free-float by 0.02%

Haier Smart Home Co., Ltd. disclosed a share buyback on 6 July 2026, acquiring 0.99 million A-shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange for treasury-share purposes.

The repurchase was executed at prices ranging from RMB 20.53 to RMB 20.60 per share, implying a volume-weighted average cost of roughly RMB 20.56. Total consideration reached RMB 20.36 million.

Post-transaction, issued shares excluding treasury stock declined 0.02% to 6.10 billion from 6.11 billion. Concurrently, treasury shares rose to 148.04 million, up by the bought-back amount, while total issued share capital remained unchanged at 6.25 billion.

The company confirms board authorisation and compliance with all applicable Hong Kong Stock Exchange listing rules and Shanghai Stock Exchange repurchase regulations. All repurchased shares are earmarked for employee incentive schemes and will be held as treasury shares; none were cancelled as of the reporting date.
