A special online campaign to boost consumption in Tibet has been announced. Titled "Happy Duilong, Quality Living," the first-quarter promotion will be hosted on the JD.com e-commerce platform.
In accordance with Lhasa City's requirements for expanding domestic demand and stimulating consumption, the Duilongdeqing District has decided to launch this initiative on March 10, 2026. The campaign aims to restore consumer confidence, unleash spending potential, energize the market, and provide a diverse and convenient shopping environment.
The promotion will run from March 10, 2026, until March 31, 2026, or until allocated funds are exhausted, whichever comes first.
Participants can use discount vouchers offering a 5% reduction, applicable on purchases of 1 yuan or more, with a maximum discount of 500 yuan per transaction. The final voucher denominations may be adjusted based on product categories.
Eligible items include all JD.com self-operated products within the business scope of Tibet JD Chaohe Trading Co., Ltd. Covered categories span home appliances, 3C digital products, computers and office supplies, apparel, footwear, home textiles, cosmetics, fresh food, kitchenware, beverages, sports and outdoor gear, health products, maternal and child supplies, pet supplies, medical equipment, and automotive accessories.
Consumers across China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan) may claim and use one voucher per day during the campaign period. Vouchers are valid only on the day they are claimed and expire the following day. Each user can claim vouchers multiple times throughout the event, with a maximum of nine redemptions in total. Vouchers are released daily at 10:00 AM on a first-come, first-served basis.
To claim a voucher, users can open the JD.com app, tap on "National Subsidy*Billions in Subsidies" on the homepage, then select "Government Consumption Vouchers," and finally choose "Duilong Voucher." Alternatively, users may search keywords like "Duilong voucher" in the app’s search bar to access the promotion page directly.
To view and use vouchers, log into the JD.com account used for claiming, navigate to "My" in the lower right corner, and check the "Coupons" section.
