Hongxing Coldchain announces shift to electronic dissemination of corporate communications

Bulletin Express04-28

Hongxing Coldchain (Hunan) Co., Ltd. has outlined specific arrangements for distributing future corporate communications in accordance with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules and the company’s Articles of Association. Actionable Corporate Communications—documents requiring shareholder instructions—will be emailed individually. If a functional email address is unavailable, printed copies will be sent alongside a form to collect a valid email address.

All other corporate communications will be posted on the company’s website (www.hnhxld.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). The company will not issue separate notifications when new documents are uploaded, and shareholders are encouraged to monitor the websites directly.

Shareholders can register or update their email address by completing an online form (QR code valid until 28 May 2026) or by submitting written notice to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the Hong Kong share registrar. Printed copies of any communication remain available free of charge upon written request.

The board confirms that these measures comply with updated Listing Rule requirements effective 31 December 2023. For enquiries, shareholders may contact the share registrar at +852 2980 1333 or email 1641-ecom@vistra.com.
