The Postal Savings Bank of China (PSBC) has announced that the National Financial Regulatory Administration has approved the appointment of Yang Xilin as its Director of Financial Markets.
According to her biography, Yang Xilin, born in 1971, holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from the Central Institute of Finance and Banking, now known as the Central University of Finance and Economics, and holds the title of Senior Economist. Her previous roles include serving as Deputy Director of the Shenzhen Postal Savings and Remittance Bureau, and as Assistant President and Vice President of the PSBC Shenzhen Branch. She currently holds the position of General Manager of PSBC's Financial Institutions Department.
