China Longyuan Power Group Corporation Limited has finalised the placement of three ultra short-term debentures, raising a combined RMB 2.60 billion to support working-capital needs and repay existing interest-bearing debt.

The 11th tranche, underwritten by China Minsheng Bank, was issued on 29 June 2026 with a 28-day tenor. The company placed RMB 1.00 billion at par, carrying a coupon rate of 1.49%, and the notes will mature on 28 July 2026.

On 14 July 2026 the group issued two further 225-day tranches. The 12th tranche, jointly led by China Minsheng Bank and China Bohai Bank, raised RMB 0.80 billion at a 1.37% coupon, commencing interest accrual on 15 July 2026 and maturing on 25 February 2027. The 13th tranche, arranged by Ping An Bank with China Everbright Bank as joint lead, mirrored these terms, securing another RMB 0.80 billion at the same 1.37% coupon and identical interest and maturity dates.

All three issues were priced at par (RMB100). Proceeds from the RMB 2.60 billion offering are earmarked for general working capital purposes and repayment of the issuer’s and its subsidiaries’ interest-bearing liabilities.

The debenture programme had been authorised at the company’s 2025 annual general meeting, as previously disclosed on 29 April 2026.
