FORTIOR (01304) announced that it recently received a notice from its shareholder, Shanghai Huaxin Venture Capital Partnership (formerly known as Shanghai Huaxin Venture Capital Enterprise, referred to as "Shanghai Huaxin"), regarding the early termination of the share reduction plan for Fortior Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. and the results of the share reduction. Shanghai Huaxin decided to terminate the share reduction plan ahead of schedule. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Shanghai Huaxin has not reduced any holdings in the company.
