The average price change rate for a basket of crude oils was recorded at 37.34% on March 13. According to China's oil pricing mechanism, domestic gasoline and diesel prices are adjusted every 10 working days based on changes in international crude oil prices, with new prices taking effect at 24:00 on the day the adjustment is announced. If the price adjustment is less than RMB 50 per ton, no change is made, and the difference is carried over to the next pricing cycle. Under special circumstances specified in the regulations, price adjustments may be postponed, delayed, or implemented with a smaller margin. March 16 marks the fifth working day of the current pricing cycle, with the next price adjustment window set to open at 24:00 on March 23.
