China Huarong Energy (01101) Announces Further Delays in 2024 and 2025 Results, Trading Suspension Continues

Bulletin Express2025-12-01

China Huarong Energy Company Limited (Stock Code: 01101) announced on December 1, 2025, that it will further delay the publication of its 2024 Annual Results and 2025 Interim Results. The company attributed these setbacks to late commencement of audit and professional engagements, primarily caused by difficulties in settling outstanding fees under certain foreign exchange controls in mainland China and Kyrgyzstan.

According to the announcement, the audit for the 2024 Annual Results remains in progress, with external confirmations and related procedures still outstanding. The company expects to publish the 2024 Annual Results on or before January 31, 2026, contingent on the timely settlement of audit fees and availability of funds subject to foreign exchange regulations. Upon completion of the 2024 Annual Results, the 2025 Interim Results will follow as soon as possible.

In a previous update, China Huarong Energy indicated that trading in its shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange was suspended from April 1, 2025, and will remain so until further notice. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares. The company has committed to providing additional updates on the timing of board meetings for approving the outstanding financial reports and any progress related to trading resumption.
