VGT Concludes Price Stabilization Period and Actions

VGT (02476) announced that the price stabilization period related to its global offering concluded on May 16, 2026, which was the 30th day after the deadline for submitting applications under the Hong Kong public offering. The stabilizing actions taken by J.P. Morgan Securities (Asia Pacific) Limited, acting as the stabilizing agent, or by any person on its behalf during the stabilization period were as follows: (1) A total of 14,377,500 H shares were overallocated in the international offering, representing approximately 15.0% of the total number of offer shares available for subscription under the global offering (after considering the full exercise of the over-allotment option but before the exercise of the over-allotment option); (2) On April 22, 2026, the sponsor and global coordinator, on behalf of the international underwriters, fully exercised the over-allotment option for a total of 14,377,500 H shares (representing approximately 15.0% of the total number of offer shares available for subscription under the global offering, after considering the full exercise of the over-allotment option but before the exercise of the over-allotment option) at a price of HKD 209.88 per H share. This action was taken to facilitate the delivery of a portion of H shares to placees who had agreed to delay the delivery of their relevant H shares subscribed under the global offering. During the stabilization period, the stabilizing agent did not buy or sell any H shares in the market for stabilization purposes.
