Seazen Group Limited (1030) and its subsidiary, New Metro Global Limited, announced an offer to purchase for cash up to US$60.00 million to US$120.00 million of the outstanding 11.88% Guaranteed Senior Notes due 2027. The total principal amount of these notes currently stands at US$160.00 million.

The purchase price is set at US$981.82 per US$1,000 principal amount, and the expiration deadline will be 4:00 p.m. (London Time) on March 5, 2026. The settlement date is expected to be on or about March 10, 2026, with accrued interest payable up to (but excluding) that date.

New Metro Global Limited is concurrently conducting an offering of new senior notes and running a separate offer to purchase any and all of its 4.5% Guaranteed Senior Notes due 2026. The company indicates that this initiative aligns with its strategy to manage balance sheet liabilities and optimize its debt structure, with funding for the purchase expected to come from internal resources of Seazen Group Limited and Seazen Holdings Co., Ltd.
