ATV HOLDINGS (00707) announced that on October 17, 2025, at 3:00 PM Cayman Islands time (which is 4:00 AM Hong Kong time on October 18, 2025), it submitted an application to the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands for the appointment of joint provisional liquidators and for the winding-up petition. The company is currently awaiting a judge's assignment from the Grand Court to hear this case, after which the application and petition for joint provisional liquidators will be formally filed. The company believes that the request for joint provisional liquidators is in the best interest of itself, its shareholders, and its creditors as a whole. The company will make further announcements in due course after filing the application and petition with the Grand Court. As per the application for joint provisional liquidators, the company has requested the Grand Court to grant the joint provisional liquidators the authority to, among other things: formulate a feasible restructuring plan for the continued operation of the company, manage the company's business, communicate and liaise with all relevant regulatory bodies, conduct necessary regulatory actions to comply with any listing requirements, and investigate the company's affairs. Furthermore, the company's shares remain suspended from trading.
