GALAXIS TECH (02729) Unveils Two New Pallet Racking Systems, Deepening Focus on High-Density Storage

Stock News05-28

On May 28, Hong Kong-listed intelligent logistics equipment company GALAXIS TECH (02729) officially launched two new pallet racking systems, the VFR-CS3 and VFR-CL4, further intensifying its efforts in the high-density storage sector. Building on its established multi-scenario VFR product matrix, the new models focus on key breakthroughs in "ultra-narrow aisle operation" and "high-lift with heavy loads," continuously expanding the application boundaries of intelligent storage equipment.

The VFR-CS3 is primarily designed for storage environments using pallet types like the "田字" and double-sided pallets, enabling ground-level pick-and-place operations. By upgrading the original two-stage scissor-lift mechanism to a single-stage one, the product significantly reduces the mast thickness and supports a reach function. It can perform pick-and-place operations at a height of 4.8 meters for pallets 1.2 meters deep within aisles narrower than 1.75 meters, markedly improving warehouse storage density and space utilization.

The other new model, the VFR-CL4, targets the needs of multi-story warehouses for heavy loads and high lifting, achieving upgrades in load-bearing capacity and stability. The product can carry a load of 1.5 tons at lifting heights below 2.5 meters and maintain a 1-ton load capacity at a height of 4 meters, with a maximum pick-and-place height of 4.8 meters. Concurrently, its high-strength forks, low-center-of-gravity chassis, and reinforced mast design further enhance the stability and efficiency of high-frequency, high-level operations.

Bai Hongxing, Executive Director and Dean of the Artificial Intelligence Research Institute at GALAXIS TECH, stated that the company consistently adheres to customer demand-driven forward R&D, "keeping complexity for ourselves and delivering simplicity and efficiency to our customers." Judging from the specifications of these new products, GALAXIS TECH continues to make technological breakthroughs addressing the spatial and load capacity bottlenecks in storage scenarios.

From an industry perspective, as sectors such as pharmaceuticals, automotive, new energy, electronics manufacturing, and third-party logistics increasingly demand higher warehouse automation and space utilization, the need for high-density, flexible intelligent storage equipment is growing rapidly. The new products launched by GALAXIS TECH are expected to further strengthen its competitiveness in the intelligent storage equipment field and benefit from the industry dividends driven by upstream digital upgrades and increased penetration of logistics automation.

GALAXIS TECH indicated that the VFR series will continue to introduce new products this year, further advancing the development of pallet racking systems towards higher density, efficiency, intelligence, flexibility, and reliability.
