CCB's Huangshi Branch Fined 3.37 Million Yuan for Regulatory Breaches

On May 29, according to an administrative penalty decision published by the People's Bank of China Hubei Provincial Branch, China Construction Bank Corporation's Huangshi branch was issued a warning and fined 337,000 yuan. The penalties were imposed for multiple violations, including breaches of the regulations on RMB bank settlement accounts, failure to perform risk monitoring and related handling duties for abnormal accounts and suspicious transactions, non-compliance with network security management rules, violations of anti-counterfeit currency business management regulations, appropriation of fiscal deposits or funds, and breaches of rules concerning the collection, provision, inquiry, and related management of credit information.
