DIDA INC's recently released 2025 annual report shows the company achieved an adjusted profit of 138 million yuan, with the adjusted profit margin increasing to 27.5%. Concurrently, the number of registered users on the DIDA app grew to over 415 million, and certified private car owners increased to 21 million. Furthermore, DIDA has incubated two new business segments: aggregated ride-hailing and used car transaction leads, initially forming a multi-scenario collaborative structure. This development signifies DIDA's strategic evolution from a singular carpooling platform into a comprehensive mobility and automotive service platform.
In the second half of 2025, DIDA launched its aggregated ride-hailing service. During the earnings conference, Song Zhongjie, Founder and CEO of DIDA, stated that while carpooling primarily serves pre-scheduled travel needs, the company has observed a gradual increase in users' immediate travel demands. Consequently, the aggregated platform was introduced to meet these needs, thereby enhancing user travel experience and fulfillment rates. Additionally, DIDA aims to collaborate with compliant capacity platforms to create a differentiated model for intercity travel, improving safety and the fulfillment experience for users on longer journeys. It is reported that the aggregated ride-hailing service has already absorbed a significant portion of previously unfulfilled carpooling demand.
The recently launched used car transaction leads business is expected to further expand DIDA's scope within the vehicle's full lifecycle. Song Zhongjie noted that previously, DIDA's services mainly revolved around refueling, recharging, car washing, and maintenance. Since last year, the company has begun exploring the vehicle transaction sector and has seen positive progress in used car sales leads. He added that the platform will subsequently introduce services for buying and selling used cars, and even new car purchases. Looking ahead, the company hopes to closely focus on car owners' automotive lifestyle, services, and transactions within its value-added services.
Information disclosed during the earnings conference revealed that DIDA currently holds 1.84 billion yuan in cash, cash equivalents, and financial assets, which will support the company's long-term business development needs.
Furthermore, throughout 2025, DIDA continued to iterate and optimize its low-price, high-similarity route station-based carpooling product. The proportion of orders for station-based carpooling has consistently increased, and currently, 60% of car owners have activated the carpooling feature. This year, DIDA plans to continue its deep cultivation in this area, including strengthening the competitive advantage of low-price products like station-based carpooling through a reserved seating model.
