Productive Technologies (650) Announces Semiconductor Equipment Evaluation Agreements

Productive Technologies Company Limited (Stock Code: 650) released an update on the development of its semiconductor equipment, noting the receipt of several equipment evaluation agreements. Two high-quality semiconductor customers have agreed to purchase the OCTOPUS 12-inch single wafer cleaning equipment. One is a 12-inch wafer foundry that will purchase two units for critical cleaning steps in a 28nm process; the other, a 12-inch high-performance analog and power device fab, will purchase one OCTOPUS unit and one CUBE 6- to 12-inch single wafer cleaning equipment.

In addition, three more CUBE equipment evaluation agreements have been recently secured from power device customers, with one already delivered. Revenue from these agreements has not yet been recognized. According to the announcement, the OCTOPUS single wafer cleaning equipment is designed for large-scale 12-inch wafer production lines and covers processes such as Solvent, RCA, and backside cleaning. It has received orders from multiple customers and successfully passed acceptance tests.
